Inc & Co, the business group founded in Manchester which includes companies such as Skylab, Cuhu, KNOMO London and Laundrapp announced the successful sale of MyLife Digital, to Germany-based DataGuard.
MyLife Digital was founded in 2014 and acquired by Inc & Co in July 2020 alongside Wood for Trees and Insight Analysis.
DataGuard is a leading data privacy and information security company with offices in Munich, Berlin and London. Over 1,500 customers – ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises – use DataGuard’s end-to-end “Privacy-as-a-Service” and “Information Security-as-a-Service” solutions. With this acquisition, DataGuard will add a new solution called DataGuard Consent to its privacy software suite and further expand its footprint and customer base in the UK.
